Frequently Asked Questions
How much do you charge for overtime?
Each extra hour beyond your package is $300 per photographer.
Do you charge a travel fee?
- Within 60 miles of San Jose: No travel fees.
Do you provide high-resolution images? What about RAW files?
Yes! You will receive all of your photos in high-resolution JPG format, professionally edited and ready to use. While I shoot in RAW for maximum quality, RAW files are not provided.
If you'd like additional edits, I offer:
- Color adjustment: $15/photo
- Retouching: $30/photo
- Bundle discount available for 10+ photos
You can easily select extra photos for editing from your online gallery of web-size previews. Once payment is received, the turnaround time for additional edits is about 1-2 weeks.
What is your refund or cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. You can reschedule once for free if you let us know at least 3 months ahead. Your deposit stays valid for up to one year if you need to find a new date.
Will we have the rights to the images?
Yes! You can print, share on social media, and make albums for personal use. We keep the copyright, so please don't edit the photos or use them commercially. If you're in the photography or art field, just credit JY Studio when posting.
